Day 01: Siem Reap Arrival

Meet upon arrival at Siem Reap International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Depending on your flight time, we may have some short visits to surrounding or walk in the town. This dinner tonight is our warm welcome with Cambodian cuisine in a fine restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 02: Siem Reap – Angkor temples tour

Visit Angkor Thom, the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple, built from the late 12th century to the early 13th century by King Jayavarman VII and consists of 54 towers, the Royal Enclosure, the Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King, then visit Ta Prohm, surrounded by jungle. 
Visit Angkor Wat, the largest temples in the world and covers an area of 200 hectares and surrounded by a moat and an exterior wall measuring 1300 meters x 1500 meters.

Day 03: Siem Reap – Angkor temples tour

Visit Banteay Srei, constructed in the late 10th century by a Brahmin counselor under a power king Rajendarvarman. It was loosely translated to the citadel of the woman, but it is a modern appellation that probably refers to the delicate beauty of the carvings. En-route stop at Pre Rub (turn the body), was constructed in late 10th century dedicated to Hindu gods. This reflects the common belief among Cambodians that funerals were conducted at the temple.
Visit Preah Khan temple, built by King Jayavarman VII dedicated to his father. It is a huge, highly exportable monastic complex, and served as a Buddhist monastery and school, engaging over 1000 monks. Continue to Neak Pean, a small island temple located in the middle of the last Baray, constructed by a Khmer king in the Angkor area. 
Back to your hotel for relaxing and overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 04: Siem Reap – fly to Sai gon (Vietnam)

Free at the " Old market" to understand more about the local life and see if you find any nice souvenirs for your family till transfer to airport for flight to, Sai gon - the commercial hub of Vietnam!
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam’s commercial heart and largest city. Our Vietnam tour guide will greet you at the airport and transfer to your hotel, followed by a tour briefing, welcome drinks and your first taste of Vietnamese cuisine for dinner. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 05: Saigon city tour full day 

Breakfast at your hotel. Today is a full day to explore the center of Vietnam’s southern and center of commerce. 
Our Sai gon city tour starts with a visit to some of Saigon’s most colorful architecture and historical legacies on visits to the War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post Office. Then Independence Palace and Ben Thanh Market just nearby. Free the rest of the day and your dinner. Take a night out for bustling nightlife in Sai gon with bar, night clubs, and café. Overnight in Sai gon

Day 06: Saigon - Ben Tre day boat trip

Breakfast at hotel, we are going to spend next three days to discover the vast of Mekong delta. Depart from Saigon around 8am, and head south to Ben Tre province. On arrival, take a Xe loi ride through the local village of Huu Dinh to enjoy the green fields and gardens. Continue with a short walk to Huu Phuoc Bridge then board on the boat, enjoy a welcome drink and tropical fruits while cruising.
The cruise will first stop at a Coconut processing family owned, then a brick making factory. Enjoy a casual cycling trip that will take you to visit a local rice noodle factory which produces Hu Tieu noodles, one of the most popular Vietnamese dishes in the region. 
Including in our tour, we will visit several local families who are leading the most typical lifestyle of Mekong delta. The visits are combined with some nice, leisure cycling intervals. 
After the visit, the boat will be waiting for you at the pier nearby to bring you back to Ben Tre city for your homestay. Check in your homestay and enjoy cooking time with the host.

Day 07: Ben Tre - Cai Be – Homestay

After breakfast with the host, we say goodbye and take a short transfer to the Cai be pier, where we are about to discover some upper part of Mekong stream.
The program will start with a visit of Cai Be colorful floating market cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables. Then, an optional stop can be made at local workshops where you can see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, and pop-rice, pop-corn ... 
After lunch, the rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals and enjoy the peaceful time. Have some fruits and tea when enjoying the traditional music at Ut Trinh home. Check in Ut Trinh homestay (or other homestays on An Binh Island). 
One more option for you if you like biking! It will be so amazing to bike on village paths to see the local farms, houses, real life and the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta... Cooking some dishes with the owners. We enjoy dinner & overnight at homestay.

Day 08: Cai Be - Vinh Long – Saigon 

Have a breakfast and walk into the village to enjoy the fresh air in the morning. Boat trip to visit the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay. 
Our boat will go to the floating village. We will learn how to farm catfish on Mekong river.  Also, we can visit Vinh Long market in the town. This is the best choice for you to take pictures of fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, vegetables...The cruise will end at Vinh Long city.
Around 4PM, transfer back to Saigon City. Overnight in Sai gon.

Day 09: Sai gon – fly to Hanoi

Free this morning until our tour guide collects you for 2,5 hours flight to Hanoi – the capital city of Vietnam.
Arrive in Hanoi after a short flight, our guide welcomes you at Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi city) then transfer to your hotel. Check in Hanoi - a center - located hotel and have sometimes to relax. Depending on your landing time, we will have a short city tour to introduce the city landmarks. The tour typically includes Ngoc Son temple, Sword Lake, Ancient quarter and a cyclo tour. O/N in Hanoi

Day 10: Hanoi - Ha Long  Bay overnight on cruise 

After breakfast, our tour starts the first highlight by departing directly to the city of Quang Ninh, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Halong Bay. Upon arrival of Halong bay port; check in to your private cabin on traditional Halong bay junk. The junk sets sail while you enjoy some welcome drink and see a little of this busy seaport. The junk cruises into the bay with a short brief of cruise manager then you will have a sumptuous seafood lunch and spend the afternoon cruising past the many limestone peaks and islands that form this picturesque Halong bay of Vietnam. Day 11: Halong bay – Hanoi – night train to Sapa

Wake early as the mist rises over the Halong bay, an ideal time to take pictures. Enjoy breakfast and continue your Halong cruise trip, after the brunch then clear bill while returning to shore. Our vehicle picks you up at the Halong port then transfer back to Hanoi. 
Upon arrival in Hanoi, we pay a short visit to Temple of Literature and Hochiminh Mausoleum just nearby (take photos outside). Free for your dinner before a short transfer to Hanoi’s railway station for a train ride to Sapa. Your accommodation is a shared 4 berth compartment, complete with sleeper beds and crisp linen sheets. Overnight on train

Day 12: Sapa – village easy trek

Wake early and marvel at the remarkable scenery as you roll into Lao Cai station - 30km from Sapa town. On arrival at around 5am, be picked up and transferred uphill to Sapa town, check in the hotel and enjoy breakfast before exploring this scenic and cultural area of French style town - Sapa. 
You will commence this active day by driving south toward Muong Hoa valley. You will then start your walk by descending into the valley, which is the largest rice paddy terraces among Sapa area. The guide can provide you interesting information about rice. If you visit the valley sometime in between May and October, you will be able to observe and experience how the local do planting and harvesting, one of the most important activities in the daily life.
The walk takes you from Lao Chai village of Black Hmong minority to Ta Van village of Giay minority including a visit to the local Catholic Church. After visiting Ta Van the car will return you to Sapa. 
Activities: easy hiking for 2 hours + 1-hour transfer

Day 14: Fansipan by Cable car – night train to Hanoi  

Wake up early in the morning. The pure atmosphere and stunning scenery of highland town, Sapa will help you freshen up. We will lead you to the top peak of Indochina – Mt Fansipan with a stunning cable car ride. 
Transfer from your hotel for 15 minutes to the cable hill station. We take a breath-taking cable ride for 20 minutes. The views to Muong Hoa valley below your glass-floor cabin are absolutely awesome. When you arrive in the stop station, take about 500 stone steps to the peak at 3.143m. You will feel the heat of the trek to Mt Fansipan somehow. Reach to the top, take the photos to celebrate then we take a reversed ride back to the town. Free time at your leisure in the afternoon.
About 05.00Am we transfer to Lao Cai Railway Station for a night train back to Hanoi.

Day 15: Hanoi – Fly to Luang Prabang

You arrive in Hanoi early morning. We manage a day used room in a nice hotel with a 5-minute walk from Station gate. Here, you can have a bath, enjoy a hot breakfast and relax until our car collects for a transfer to the airport. Get ready for the onward flight to Laos – the land of Million Elephants. 
Upon arrival, meet our guide and transfer to your hotel. After a short break, visit National museum,  we visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai; visit Wat Xieng Thong, we then climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, we explore Street Night Market, where you can find the lovely collection and handmade textile by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang.

Day 16: Luang Prabang – Kuang Sii Fall 

After breakfast, drive out of town 30KM to the beautiful Kuang Sii Fall, where you can swim, relax, soft trek to the top of the fall. On return short stop at Black Hmong Village, where hill tribe hand-made handicraft as souvenirs for visitors passerby. Arrive in the town, transfer to your hotel. Overnight at same hotel.

Day 17: Luang Prabang – Pak Ou Cave 

Breakfast at your hotel, we enjoy a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the distillation of local rice wine. On return, we take a short drive to Ban Xang Khong, well known for its hand weaving.

Day 18: Luang Prabang – Departure 

Enjoy your breakfast and relax until your flight time to transfer you to the airport for your departure or connect to your next destination.
