Day 01: Arrival in Bangkok 

Arrive Suvarnabhumi Bangkok airport, you are met and transferred to your hotel, check in and free at leisure.
The tour guide represented for HIT Vietnam tour invites you for a welcome dinner of delicious Thai cuisine in a local restaurant. The first night is free your own exploration of the travel hub of South East Asia mainland.

Day 02: Bangkok - fly to Siem Reap (Cambodia)

Free time at your leisure before being picked up by our guide to transfer Bankok airport. Our destination of this flight today is Siem Reap, Cambodia – the hidden capital of Khmer Kingdom.
Meet upon arrival at Siem Reap International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Depending on your flight time, we may have some short visits to surrounding or walk in the town. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 03: Siem Reap – Angkor Wat - Angkor Thom

Visit Angkor Thom, the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple, built from the late 12th century to the early 13th century by King Jayavarman VII and consists of 54 towers, the Royal Enclosure, the Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King, then visit Ta Prohm, surrounded by jungle. 
Visit Angkor Wat, the largest temples in the world and covers an area of 200 hectares and surrounded by a moat and an exterior wall measuring 1300 meters x 1500 meters.

Day 04: Siem Reap – Banteay Srei - Preah Khan

Visit Banteay Srei, constructed in the late 10th century by a Brahmin counselor under a power king Rajendarvarman. It was loosely translated to the citadel of the woman, but it is a modern appellation that probably refers to the delicate beauty of the carvings. En-route stop at Pre Rub (turn the body), was constructed in late 10th century dedicated to Hindu gods. This reflects the common belief among Cambodians that funerals were conducted at the temple.
Visit Preah Khan temple, built by King Jayavarman VII dedicated to his father. It is a huge, highly exportable monastic complex, and served as a Buddhist monastery and school, engaging over 1000 monks. Continue to Neak Pean, a small island temple located in the middle of the last Baray, constructed by a Khmer king in the Angkor area. Back to your hotel for relaxing and overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 05: Siem Reap – fly to Phnom Penh

Free at the " Old market" to understand more about the local life and see if you find any nice souvenirs for your family till transfer to airport for a flight to Phnompenh, the capital of the country. Upon arrival, our tour guide will welcome you at International Airport and transfer to the hotel. 
Visit National Museum, over 5000 objects are on display including Angkorian era status, lingas, and other artifacts. Visit Royal Palace is a royal residence now where His Majesty, the King of Cambodia, and the royal families live. it is like a small town of royal dynasties. Continue to Silver Pagoda, serves less as a functioning temple than a repository for cultural treasures such as 90 kg golden Buddha encrusted with 2086 diamonds. Finally, visit Wat Phnom Temple is one of the most important pagodas in Phnom Penh. Built in 1373 on an artificial hill by the wealthy widow Daun Chi Penh.

Day 06: Phnom Penh – Kampot 

Departure to Kampot and en-rout stop to visit Tonle Bati is a lake and popular picnic spot; there are two Angkorian temples, Ta Prohm and Yeay Peau, both of which offer some interesting bas-reliefs in fairly good condition. Both temples were built under Jayavaraman VII in the late 12th century. 
Visit Prasat Neang Khmau, consist of two deteriorating brick Prasats (towers) built in Angkorian-era in the 10th century A.D. Under King Jayavarman IV. Take a boat from Takeo town to Phnom Da, a pre-Angkorian laterite tower (6th century) with some carvings in good condition. The temple was constructed under King Rudravarman and dedicated to Shiva. Continue to Kampot and upon arrival, we check in hotel and relax.

Day 07: Kampot – Sihanouk Ville

Visit Phnom Chngouk Temple, located about 8 km east of Kampot. There is brick temple within the cave that dates back to the Funan period. It has over the course of millions of year, grown into an almost perfect linga. 
Continue to Sihanouk Ville - the best beach of Cambodia. Upon arrival check in your hotel. Free at leisure and Overnight in Sihanouk Ville

Day 08: Sihanouk Ville – free day at beach

Day 09: Sihanouk Ville – Phnom Penh

Day 10. Phnom penh – Chau Doc by Speed boat

Free time until we catch a speed boat for border crossing to Vietnam. The speed boat lasts 4 hours with the snack and fresh fruits served. Free the rest of the day and enjoy the sunset from the top of a mountain where you can enjoy stunning views of paddy fields and offers you the views of two both countries – Vietnam and Cambodia.

Day 11: Chau Doc – Can Tho - Mekong overnight cruise

We depart early this morning for 4 hours drive to Can Tho – where the pier of our overnight river cruise. Boarding at Can Tho at Ninh Kieu pier. Welcome drink, introduction to the ship and crew, check into the cabins. Departure downstream of the Hau river. Lunch on board while en route. Turning into Nicolai canal, towards the Mang Thit and Co Chien rivers. Rest on the upper deck in a scenery of rice fields, sugar cane, woods on the near banks.
By mid-afternoon, the Bassac casts anchor for a visit on shore: past the first tree line, quiet discovery of the peaceful life in the delta's countryside, of rice fields, fruit trees, and the welcoming inhabitants. Boarding back, complimentary drink as a welcome back on board. Rest on the deck or around the bar enjoying the sunset. The crew serves dinner while the Bassac is cruising Mang Thit river towards her anchorage point for the night. The Bassac sets anchor for the night on river Mang Thit.

Day 12: Cai bè – Sai Gon

06:30 Departure towards Cai Be. The passengers take their breakfast while enjoying the scenery on the banks. The Bassac crosses Co Chien river then branches into Cho Lach canal for 30 minutes through the traffic of sand and rice barges, in a scenery of fruit drying facilities and wooden ship building yards.
Arrival near Cai Be, check-out and transfer to a rowing boat for a quiet visit through a small canal if the tide allows. Rendez-vous with a local boat, which will take you to shore for a visit of Cai Be's handicraft.
Check out by mid-morning on shore at Cái Bè where our driver is waiting here for a nice transfer back to Sai gon. 
Spend your rest of the day at leisure. Shopping around local market or explore Sai gon street food is our recommendation for this free time.

Day 13: Saigon city tour full day 

A full day to explore the center of Vietnam’s southern and center of commerce. Tour starts with a visit to some of Saigon’s most colorful architecture and historical legacies on visits to the War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post Office. Then Independence Palace and Ben Thanh Market just nearby. Free the rest of the day and your dinner. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 14: Special Speed boat ride to Cu Chi tunnel

We go by boat on a 1 hour very scenic speedboat trip up to Cu Chi.  On arrival explore this underground network that was once a hideout and home for scores of Vietnamese insurgents during the Vietnam War. Covering nearly 250km, they were shelter to over 16,000 communist guerillas during the war. The tour at Cu Chi with a private guide (English speaking) is done at your pace and generally, takes about an hour or an hour and a half. Then we have lunch at Cu Chi and take you back to District 1 by boat again arriving around 1:30 pm. Back to Saigon city and transfer to the airport for an afternoon flight to Vietnam Central - Danang city. 
Upon arrival in Danang, meet our driver and transfer 30km along the beautiful coast to Hoian. Checking in your hotel and enjoy the free leisure time. Overnight in Hoian.

Day 15: Hoian city tour 

Wake up in the town. Hoi an is a quaint riverside town, popular with tourists for its eclectic architecture, tailors shops, and numerous cafes. However, some of the buildings in the narrow streets have remained unchanged for more than a century. We enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200-year old Tan Ky ancient house, and the Japanese Bridge. Free time in the afternoon. Overnight in Hoian.

Day 16: Hoi an Free day 

Free time at leisure to enjoy the beach and taste Hoi An's specialties. Overnight in Hoian

Day 17: Hoian – fly to Hanoi 

Free time at the beach or enjoy the tranquility town before driving back to Danang for a short flight to Hanoi. 
After 1-hour flight, we arrive in Hanoi and then transfer for 45 minutes to downtown. This afternoon will be the time to explore the capital city of Vietnam. Take time to see the city with its most highlights such as Hoan Kiem lake, Temple of Literature, Hochiminh mausoleum and a Water Puppet show at late afternoon.  In this evening, we will discover the street food in the old quarter and enjoy traditional Vietnamese foods. Tonight we will experience a nice hotel in Hanoi center.

Day 18: Hanoi –  Halong Bay 

08.30AM After breakfast, we depart directly to the city of Quang ninh - the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Halong Bay. The drive is about 3.5 hours passing through Red River delta.
12.00PM Upon arrival, see a little of the busy seaport while our guide will help the check-in procedure to the cruise. 
01.00PM, commence your journey to Halong Bay by boarding the traditional junk. Once onboard check into your cabin, enjoy a sumptuous seafood lunch and spend the afternoon cruising past the many limestone peaks and islands that form this picturesque bay. Relax on deck this afternoon and overnight onboard. Stay overnight on the Junk Cruise

Day 19: Halong – back to Hanoi 

Wake early as the mist rises over the bay, an ideal time to take pictures. Enjoy breakfast and continue your cruise, later return to shore and transfer back to Hanoi. Around 11.00AM, the cruise arrives back to the dock. Our guide will wait for you here and get ready for a transfer back to Hanoi. The rest of the day, we may visit Tran Quoc pagoda before dropping you off at the hotel. Free time at your leisure and enjoy your last night in Vietnam.

Day 20: Hanoi – fly to Luang Prabang (Laos)

Breakfast at your hotel. Today we prepare for a flight to Laos. If time permits, we will visit some more places before going to the airport. Get ready for a short flight to the Laos’ ancient capital and also the world heritage– Luang Prabang.
Warmly welcome at the airport and transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Day 21: Luang Prabang City sightseeing - Khuang Si

From the hotel, you will visit the morning Phosi Market is by far the biggest market in Luang Prabang. Then we drive to Khuang Si waterfall on a return journey of around 70km. The road is bordered by villages and rice fields. You will stop in some of these villages and have a picnic lunch at the waterfall. You can swim in the waterfall which scatters into many basins. 
Return to Luang Prabang and continue exploring the old city on the left bank of the Mekong River. Highlights include Vat Xieng Thong or Temple of the Royal City- one of the most important of Lao monasteries and remains a significant monument to the spirit of religion, royalty and traditional art.
Vat Senna - literally means "Temple of a 100 000 treasures" also one of the most beautiful temples of Luang Prabang 
In the late afternoon, it’s time for sunset moment on the Phousi Mountain where you also can have a nice panorama of the city. Leaving here, one the way back to the hotel, we will stop to visit the H’mong Night Market where you can find a lot of souvenirs in the traditional style of Laos. Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 22: Luang Prabang - Pakbeng - Shompoo cruise

Heading out of the town, we take a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. We then continue our boat trip to the atmospheric riverside town of Pakbeng. The Mekong was once the only major transport route in the country, Pakbeng, being the halfway point on the Mekong River between Luang Prabang and Huay Xai, developed as an overnight stop for many traders traveling along the river. This scenic and authentic river cruise have been described as a once in a lifetime experience.

Day 23: Pakbeng - Huay Xai - Shompoo cruise – Chiang Khong (Thailand)

After breakfast, free at leisure or visit the local market where many hill tribe people converge from the outlying valleys and hillsides to sell their goods and buy provision on your own. 
Upon leaving Pakbeng, we re-embark on our boat for the second leg of our journey toward Huay Xai, which is close to the famous Golden Triangle. The cruise is long, but the unequaled, tranquil river scenery will make this an interesting day. 
On arrival at Huay Xai (around 5 pm), you will be welcomed by our rep at the border and cross the border to Thailand. Transfer to hotel in Chiang Khong.

Day 24: Chiang Khong - sightseeing - Chiang Rai

Transfer from Chiang Khong Teak Garden then we continue to Chiang Sean, the ancient capital.  There are many interesting pieces of architecture spread across the city. We will visit Opium House, at bent of the mighty Mekong River and see the scenery view of three countries (Thai, Myanmar, and Laos). Visit ancient city of Chiang Saen, where ruins of numerous, temples, stupas, Buddha images are still to be seen artifacts and archaeological finds exhibited at the National Museum
Heading towards the Golden Triangle, and stop over at a 1000-year-old temple; Wat Ku Tao. It offers an arresting view of the Kong River, Chaing Rai Clock tower, then transfers to check-in at the hotel.

Day 25: Golden Triangle

Depart from the hotel by the air-con van to Doi Mae Salong where you will visit the Chinese village on the mountaintop and buy some of the local product for example; tea, coffee, and fruit for the gifts. Along the way stop at the Hot Spa and see the nature which offers the beautiful scenery. Usually, in the cool season, the Thai Cherry trees are in full bloom and you can touch the mountain mists here. Lunch will be served at local restaurant. 
Continue the trip to the highest peak on the Thai-Myanmar border. Doi Tung provides an opportunity to view enrooted many different Lahu and Akha village as well as terraced farming areas and see from distance the Princess Mother's frigid flower Garden. Doi Tung temple, built in A.D.1493, is located at the peak. Its scenery reminds one of Switzerland, features many unique images and temple architecture overlooking the entire northern rice field plain. Return to the hotel for resting.

Day 26: Chiang Rai – Chiang Mai

After breakfast and enjoy free time until we transfer to Chiang Mai. On the way, we will visit the most beautiful temple in Thailand, Wat Longkun. The whole building is crystal white and serves multi amazing statute outlook. It is now very famous and popular in Chiang Rai. Then, visit Mae Kha Jan Hot Spring is divided into three hot springs and an average temperature is about 80 degree Celsius, it can boil eggs within 3 minutes. Opposite Mae Kha Jan Hot spring is many private mineral bathrooms. After this place, we go straight to your hotel in Chiang Mai, check in and free at leisure.

Day 27: Chiang Mai Doi Suthep – fly to Bangkok

Breakfast at the hotel, today visit to Doi Suthep Temple, where is one of the most sacred temples in Chiangmai - Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, located on a hilltop in Northern-Thai style and containing a holy relic of Lord Buddha and enjoy seeing the panoramic view of the whole city. 
Then we fly south to Bangkok. Upon arrival the capital of Thailand, our rep will meet & greet at the airport then transfer to the hotel. After check in, free & relax on own.

Day 28: City Temple Tour – Royal Grand Palace & Emerald Buddha.

Breakfast at hotel and then we will take a sightseeing tour of Bankok including At first visit to Wat Traimit, the Temple of the Golden Buddha, the temple is famous for its 900-years old five-and-a-half-ton solid gold image, and then continue to visit Wat Arun, perhaps better known as the Temple of the Dawn, is one of the best known landmarks and one of the most published images of Bangkok. After that, visit Wat Po, the largest and oldest temple in Bangkok, as well as the largest single Buddha image: the Reclining Buddha (Phra Buddhasaiyas). The temple is also known as the birthplace of traditional Thai massage Reclining Buddha.
After lunch, we continue to visit the most famous tourist places in Bangkok, Royal Grand Palace, and Emerald Buddha. The Grand Palace adjoins Wat Phra Kaew in a common compound and is where you will end up after exiting Wat Phra Kaew. Despite the proximity of the two, there's a distinct contrast in style between the very Thai Wat Phra Kaew and the more European inspired designs of the Grand Palace (the roof being the exception). After this place we back to the hotel and free at leisure.

Day 29: Bangkok – Kanchanaburi.

Pick up at the hotel and depart for Kanchanaburi. The trip visit to War Museum (Thailand-Burma Railway Centre); an open-air museum constructed in the form of actual prisoners of war (POW) camp, there are collection of photographs, picture, articles, pistols, knives and other items from the construction of the “Death Railway” War Cemetery; the cemetery of the remains of over 6,000 prisoners of war, who lost their lives during the construction of the “Death Railway” then continue to visit the world’s famous Bridge on the River Kwai. After that, take a long-tailed boat from pier to get to the River Kwai Resotel, passing by unspoiled mountainous jungle scenery. 
Check-in on arrival. Lunch will be served. Take a long-tail boat upstream to visit the nearby ethnic Mon Tribal Village Dinner, followed by a 45-minute presentation of Mon Dance.

Day 30: Kanchanaburi – Bangkok.

Breakfast at hotel, and then take an exciting boat ride downstream to Resotel Pier and continue to visit the Hellfire pass Memorial and Cutting Mountain for a railway track have done by hands of the Allied prisoners. Lunch will be served at local restaurant. Then take a historic ride on Death Railway Train, passing lush forest; the last existing train station of the Thailand-Burma railway in Thailand, passing the dangerous looking wooden viaduct built along the mountain. Arrive Nam-Tok station and continue back to your hotel in Bangkok.

Day 31: Bangkok – Departure.

After breakfast, free at leisure until time transfer to Bangkok airport for flight departure. Your guide and driver will see you off at the airport. Get ready for the flight back to your home country.
