Apart from its renovations and rebranding the arrival of Chef Simon Volante with his 30 years of experience in the industry raised the dining scene at Pacific Hotel to new heights.
Simon’s culinary career began in the UK, his home country, where he spent eight years working his way up through the ranks at luxury hotels. Working under established Michelin starred chefs in London, he was provided with valuable training and practical opportunities in French and modern British cuisine.
Incorporating Eastern influences while using premium ingredients and local produce, he presents an extensive daily buffet with offering inspired by the Pacific Rim region. From the freshest of salads and the new sushi corner to the daily Chef Specials, including a ‘bread of the day’ and a rotating carvery station, there is something scrumptious for everyone. The dessert bar also features an assortment of freshly made cakes and confectionery. Lunch starts at VND600,000 for adults and VND300,000 for children, while dinner is from VND880,000 and VND440,000.
Simon’s latest creations include a premium High Tea package, a brand-new buffet concept, and soon a new a la carte menu that promises to be a culinary experience that satisfies all guests.
